The association required an integrated and systematic document management solution to effectively manage various statistical data and member company information. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">In particular, with growing concerns over personal information protection, the association recognized the need for secure data storage and measures to prevent information leakage. After evaluating the document management and data protection features of FilingBox, the association adopted the solution. This enabled them to establish a systematic document management system while simultaneously ensuring a robust data protection framework. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">By utilizing FilingBox, the association found it more convenient to maintain consistent policies for document management.
